Vouvray is a region in the coolest part of the Loire Valley, and Domaine Pichot is based in what has been a family estate since 1770. It is crafted from Chenin Blanc, known locally as Pineau de la Loire, and mainly from vines behind and away from a village famed for the highest quality of sparklings. As with champagne, this Cuvée is crafted using the méthode traditionnelle.
