Field Blend Wine & Cheese Store was established in November 2018 by myself and my partner Martina Brazdovicova. Our love and passion for wine and travel, as well as our involvement in the wine retail and hospitality industries, inspired us to start this exciting adventure.
In order for the industry to thrive, we believe it’s important to support both respected winemakers as well as up-and-coming producers. At Field Blend, we offer a curated selection of wines from around the world, including bottles from grand French châteaux’s to one-man operations in Beechworth, Victoria. The incredible selection is based on both our experiences and tastes, but most importantly we want our customers to discover and enjoy great wine, no matter their budget.
Take a look at our online store to see some of our favourite new releases from the last few months and be sure to sign up to our mailing list on our contact page, to get the scoop on new arrivals, tastings and special offers.
Wine and cheese make the perfect pair! To make your experience with us even better, we have hand-selected a wide variety of both international and Australian cheeses. We also showcase a beautiful selection of charcuterie items from prosciutto to rillettes, and all of our cured meats can be sliced to order from our Berkel slicer.
If you’re looking for a warm and inviting environment where you can peruse a wonderful selection of wine and cheese, visit Field Blend Wine & Cheese Store today. You’ll find us at:

A unique and captivating Australian white, produced in Blackheath, NSW, from biodynamically fruit grown in Orange, NSW.
A delicious skin contact Trebbiano blend from central Italy. Grown and produced by the trappist nuns of the Cistercian Monastery the wine is of a deep golden colour and penetrating minerality with hints of herbs, particularly anise, and wild flowers.
Jura is the name on the lips of plenty of wine lovers around the world. This 2016 release from Pignier shows how diverse the Chardonnays can be from the Jura. A precise, focused style with citrus and stone fruit characters on the palate. Superb.
