2021 Dal Zotto Nebbiolo, King Valley
Today, sons Michael & Christian carry on the Dal Zotto legacy, driven by a blend of tradition and innovation, guided by the belief that one’s roots are as vital as their future.Their 2021 Nebbiolo exemplifies this ethos, with aromas of fresh red fruit and earth leading to flavors of liquorice, star anise, mint, and plum on the palate.
2022 Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy
Trediberri was established in 2007 through a partnership of Nicola Oberto, his father Federico, and Torinese banker Vladimiro Rambaldi. Federico’s contributions included prime family holdings in Torriglione and the esteemed Rocche dell’Annunziata.

2023 Travarti Black Springs Nebbiolo, Beechworth
After a career in wine industry, encompassing buying, selling, and marketing, Simon Grant redirected his focus toward winemaking, honing in on his passion for Nebbiolo. Securing a high-altitude plot above Beechworth in Victoria Grant meticulously planted various Nebbiolo clones.
2020 Paolo Scavino Langhe Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy
Paolo Scavino presents a delightful “baby Barolo,” perfectly suited for immediate enjoyment. Founded in 1921 by Lorenzo Scavino and carried forward by Enrico Scavino along with his daughters Enrica and Elisa, the winery is renowned for its outstanding Barolos, with this offering serving as an excellent introduction.

What You Need to Know
How It Works
To make sure customers are kept updated about our findings, every month we send them a two-pack of new wines to try. Both wines in the pack will be made from the same variety of grape but will be from very different parts of the world, allowing customers to compare and contrast their special tastes. To make the learning experience even more comprehensive and exciting, the pack will include informative tasting notes that explore both the grape and the wine.

We can ship around Australia & charge a flat $10 shipping fee. We also only ship when the weather suits. Nobody deserves cooked wine after all!!
