A new wine in the Wickhams Road Portfolio. Harvested from Cheshunt in the King Valley, which is an ideal climate for Pinot Gris. Before pressing, the wine sees about 8 hours of skin contact which gives it a slightly pinkish hue. Then pressed and fermented in older barriques. This wine will drink well know but will benefit from a few years in the cellar.
