A seven-hectare ancient religious site, Clos de la Hutte is found in the commune of La Possonniere. Vinification uses a combination of stainless steel and demi-muid (oak barrels). This results in wine both intense and aromatic, sharp and clean on the palate, and so easy to fully savour. You’ll appreciate the flavours of citrus rind, tart pear, schist, wet stones and gun flint.
