Sourced from a single vineyard that runs along the boundary between Avize and Cramant, this wine brings together two historic parcels—Avize planted in 1959 and Cramant planted in 1937. The fruit is harvested and pressed on the same day to preserve purity. The Chemin de Chalons site is famed in Champagne, in part because Selosse crafts one of his benchmark wines from this very spot.
