We’re in business. This chardonnay is quite something. It darts and then, once it’s had a chance to breathe, it spreads. Cracked wheat, white peach, slate, citrus zest, barley, cedar and creamed honey flavours do the most eloquent of talking. Herb notes, infused.  There’s an eagerness to the mind of this wine, a voice. It’s impressive to say the least.
