Founded in 2002 by Marco de Grazia, this trailblazing estate on Etna’s northern slopes has played a key role n shaping the region’s modern reputation. Working with high-altitude vineyards (600-1000m), the estate champions indigenous varieties such as Carricante and Nerello Mascalese, while applying a Burgundy-inspired focus on site-specific contrade, or crus.
For lovers of Chablis and other crisp, mineral-driven wines, the whites offer a compelling and refreshing discovery. The reds are lifted and savoury, with wild strawberry, sour cherry and spice. Volcanic soils bring fine tannins, smoky minerality and vibrant acidity.
