Exhibiting notes of sweet white peach, spring flowers, hazelnuts and pastry cream, Droin’s 2023 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir is medium to full-bodied satiny and suave, with a quintessentially elegant, textural profile. It’s even more expressive and aromatic than the 2022, despite its more recent bottling. Drink 2025-2043.
