Variety- Grillo/Aligote
Grillo is a distinctive white grape native to Sicily, long associated with the production of Marsala, the island’s historic fortified wine.
Aligoté remains Burgundy’s second most planted white grape, even if it is often overlooked. It continues to play an important role, bottled on its own under the Bourgogne Aligoté appellation and also contributing to Crémant de Bourgogne.

What You Need to Know
How It Works
To make sure customers are kept updated about our findings, every month we send them a two-pack of new wines to try. Both wines in the pack will be made from the same variety of grape but will be from very different parts of the world, allowing customers to compare and contrast their special tastes. To make the learning experience even more comprehensive and exciting, the pack will include informative tasting notes that explore both the grape and the wine.

We can ship around Australia & charge a flat $10 shipping fee. We also only ship when the weather suits. Nobody deserves cooked wine after all!!
