2023 Frédéric Cossard Vin de France Trousseau Jura

The fruit comes from old vines in a village called Sainte-Agnès which is in the Sud Revermont. Unlike most in the region, Fred ferments the grapes as whole bunches and after about a week of maceration, the wine is pressed off to concrete and tank for a short élevage.
