Grenache vines, aged twenty years, are rooted in clay and limestone soil in Vaison-la-Romaine, Vaucluse. These grapes underwent a two-week whole bunch fermentation before being gently pressed into vats for a nine-month maturation period. Pouring into the glass with a radiant ruby hue, this cooler vintage has yielded a more delicate and luminous interpretation of the Grenache grape. It entices with notes of red fruits and minerals while retaining the distinct Southern charm that characterizes it.
