1.5 Ha site. 30 year old vines. The fruit comes from two communes close to Meursault: Orches ‘Les Chaignots’ and Baubigny ‘Sous la Velle’. Cold maceration for 5 days.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with pumping over and punching down for 10 days then aged for 18 months in barrel, 20% new before bottling by gravity unfiltered.
