“A restrained if attractively spicy blend features notes of black pinot fruit, exotic tea, sandalwood, violet and an interesting hint of orange peel. The succulent, suave and deceptively generous medium-bodied flavors immediately tighten up on the austere, compact and very firm finale. This excellent effort is too tightly wound to enjoy young as it will need a minimum of 5 to 7 years of bottle aging first. (Drink: 2030+)”
