The Anne Boisson bottling comes from a couple of lieu-dit parcels near Meursault – namely Les Basses-Coutures and Les Clous Perrons with an average age of 40 years.  Both the Peirre and Anne Boisson Bourgogne Blancs are fermented with wild yeast, new oak doesn’t exceed 10% and both are uber-expressive Bourgogne with just enough of everything and not too much of anything.
