Coming from a single site near Meursault of 60+ year old vines, harvested by hand,  vinified with native yeasts with a maximum of 10% new oak used. Always a beacon for what can be done with this variety, the 2018 is no different. In fact, during our seemingly never-ending lockdowns we might have had a bottle or two of Boisson Aligoté chez Walsh often with, say, seven or eight years of age and these things are a sheer delight to consume, rest assured of that! Importer Notes.
