One of Champagne’s most exciting emerging grower-producers, Gaspard Brochet crafts tiny quantities of expressive, terroir-driven wines from just over three hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards in Écueil, within the Montagne de Reims. Producing only around 8,000 bottles each year, his Champagnes have earned a devoted following for their purity, vibrant fruit and minimal-intervention approach. The 333 cuvée is his signature release, bringing together Champagne’s three classic grape varieties, fruit from three villages, and three vintages to create a beautifully balanced, complex and remarkably energetic Brut Nature.
