Lots to enjoy here. A salty, saline white of reasonable intensity, lemon-lime, tart green apple, ginger going on. It’s ballistically refreshing, a touch edgy in a lift of white balsamic tang, but hang that, fun, frisky, thirst quenching and ultimately a pitch perfect seaside white. I love this kinda gear. Nice texture too, faintly powdery and drying. Holds its line superbly too; a sense of precision and many clicks of the tongue on tartness and brine to follow. I would go so long on this. Bravo.
