This brand new release is from one of our favourite Australian producers. It’s an entirely Pinot Noir-crafted Rose from a single small vineyard in the southern Barossa foothills – just down the road from the famed Steingarten vineyard, and over the fence from the site Pete Schell has been sourcing his Mataro from. This delicate, savoury Rose style is wild fermented in stainless steel and old French oak puncheons. It’s sensational value for money and the perfect way to say “cheers” to the last warm days of our summer months.
