This was harvested in the 3rd week of October and left to macerate for 16 days before pressing . Ripe aromas of red cherry, framboise and fresh plums. Voluptuous round and fleshy on the palate, but with plenty of harmonious acidity giving lift to the deep ripe flavors of red cherry & coffee notes . Firm but polished tannins provide a serious backbone on the long finish. Old Vine greatness.
