Bindi

Macedon, Victoria

Bindi winery is a true family story. Bill, Michael Dhillon’s dad, originally established it in the late 1980s. The spot he chose for their first planting was in the Macedon Ranges near Gisborne in Central Victoria. This location offered the cool climate demanded by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines, while providing them with a unique quartz and volcanic topsoil. Other key areas of their property are maintained as remnant bush and indigenous grasslands; plus 15h as a managed eucalypts plantation.

From just seven hectares, now springs, for example, their stunning Original Vineyard Pinot Noir – already adored for its perfumed bouquet, silky palate, and high natural acidity. Age certainly increases the depth of its aroma and texture.

Limited quatiities of the beautiful new Bindi releases are available in store today.
