André Jacquart is based in Le Mesnil Sur Oger in the Côte des Blancs with holdings also in Vallée de la Marne and L’Aube. In total the domaine encompasses 24 hectares of vines, a true grower champagne. Owner Marie Doyard has introduced much more barrel-fermented wine into her base reserves, which has amped up the complexity. They now offer greater richness and roundness, balancing the driving acidity.
